Joseph Trimbach: Still A Liar, Still A Thug

For those of you excited to some interest about FBI thug Joseph H. Trimbach’s lies by Court Reporter’s excellent work, and who would like to continue reading, Peter Mattheisson’s In the Spirit of Crazy Horse is completely searchable on Amazon.
My favorite tidbits:
- Wherein Joseph Trimbach begs an army colonel to lead an assault on Wounded Knee. A request the colonel refuses, of course (72).
- Wherein said colonel, after speaking to Mr. Trimbach, recommends the murderous, trigger-happy motherfuckers in the FBI revoke their shoot-to-kill orders (72).
- Wherein Judge Nichol, from the Wounded Knee trials, flat-out calls Trimbach a liar (121).
- Wherein Trimbach tells yet another lie: that he had no idea AIM was even on Jumping Bull land (541).

Joseph Trimbach, amplified by Snapple, has made a lot noise lately about the “hostages” supposedly held by “AIM terrorists” during the 1973 siege of Wounded Knee.
Among other things left unmention in such depictions is the fact that the “hostages”—residents of the village, actually—were afforded an opportunity to leave Wounded Knee in the company of Senators James Abourezk and George McGovern very early in the confrontation. All declined, expressly to try and protect their property from damage by federal forces (Voices From Wounded Knee, 1973 [1973] pages 38-39).
In other words, having elected to remain at Wounded Knee, the “hostages” weren’t really hostages at all.
The idea that they were, and Trimbach’s/Snapple’s harping on it, is plainly designed to conjure the image of vicious “AIM terrorists” abusing a group “innocents” at Wounded Knee.
It would thus be well to consider the example of James Czywczynski, owner of the Wounded Knee Trading Post and focus of myriad complaints over the years—none of them acted upon by the FBI—of illegal business practices undertaken at the direct expense of the impoverished Indians on Pine Ridge.
Called as a federal witness during the Wounded Knee trials, “Czywczynski asserted his Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination ninety-five times to inquiries from defense attorneys regarding the financial arrangements of his business” (John William Sayer, Ghost Dancing the Law: The Wounded Knee Trials [1997] page 128; citing trial transcript, U.S. v. Gilbert et al. [1974], vol. 22, pages 2488-2643).
One wonders whether, had Trimbach and his agents ever bothered to enforce against predators like Czywczynski, the actions of AIM at Wounded Knee would have been necessary.

When the AIMsters were on trial, their lawyer Mark Lane, claimed that his “right” to speak privately on a party-line phone with his clients had been violated, but Agnes Gildersleeve shows in her statement that the AIM’s hypocritical defense of American Indians’ legal rights is nothing but empty cant.
Agnes Gildersleeve stated:
“[AIM] took complete control of the telephone service and local residents were not permitted to answer any of the phones. When my phone would ring, an armed guard would immediately answer the phone and direct the call over to [disabled Wilber Reigert’s stolen] trailer house where Banks, Means, and Bellecourt were located…” (Trimbach p. 88)

The question was whether there was an FBI wiretap at Wounded Knee, and, despite your feeble attempt to change the subject, it’s pretty clear that you’ve just admitted that there was.
Which, of course, means that all of your denials—including the one(s) you made under oath—have been bald-faced lies.
As to Mrs. Gildersleve, she and her husband, Clive, ran the Wounded Knee Trading Post for Czywczynski, right? Maybe that says all that needs saying with regard to the integrity of her testimony. Her credibility is on par with that of Louis Moves Camp and Joseph Trimbach himself, near as I can tell.

You need some new material; your’re lies are getting repetitive and unconvincing.
I just can’t seem to get that picture out of my head of Mark Lane getting stuff for Molotov cocktails confiscated from his car by the FBI before going onto Wounded Knee.
And that other picture of Mark Lane, the lawyer for Jonestown, escaping into the jungle when 913 residents of Jonestown–270 children–drank a cyanide cocktail or were shot or strangled if they refused. Mark Lane was one of 9 survivors out of over 900.
And that Mitrokhin file says that Mark Lane was getting money from the KGB through an intermediary and encouragement for his writing from the KGB’s hack stooge Gehrik Borovik.
And Mark Lane wrote a book blaming the US government for Kennedy’s death and for the deaths at Jonestown.
Those are a lot of cocktails and coincidences.
[And Trimbach has a section called “The Wiretap that Wasn’t.” And he wasn’t charged with pergury.
This was just some diversion pulled by the defense.]
I think Indians are going to be really pissed when they realize that Mark Lane was the AIM lawyer, the Jonestown Lawyer, and–to all appearances—the KGB lawyer.
And that other lawyer–Bruce Ellison. He sure did a bang-up job for his client Anna May Aquash.
He was working for her, right? Right?
I read he is a runner too, just like Mark Lane of the jungle. I heard that when Anna’s relative tried to visit his office, Bruce Ellison ran out without his coat.
He wouldn’t talk to his dead client’s cousin. Now that’s just weird.

People were held at gunpoint in their homes or in the church for days without the option of leaving. They were told they would be killed. Their cars were stolen. Those who left came back to nothing.
AIMster Russell Means, who would later achieve international reknown as the voice of Powhatan in the Disney cartoon Pocahontas, took over the trailer home of a man confined to a wheelchair named Wilber Reigert. The terrorists pushed Wilber out of his home and made this disabled man’s home the terrorists’ headquarters (Trimbach p. 87).
They rummaged through Wilber Reigert’s documents and stole his Indian antiques. AIMsters stole or or vandalized the people’s art and private property.

According to Mrs. Gildersleeve’s statement to the FBI, Czywczynski was their accountant. The Gildersleeves owned the Trading Post and the museum. Both were ruined. The museum artifacts were reportedly sold to wealthy white collectors and the people of Wounded Knee were deprived of their museum.

But JUDGE FRED NICHOL ruled that Indian stuff is worthless junk, so I guess people can steal from Indians and get away with it.
Judge Fred Nichol claimed that Gildersleeve’s three-year-old car—stolen by AIM and later recovered in a demolished condition and full of molotov cocktails—was probably not worth much because cars on Indian reservations tend to be junkers; thus, their car would not be worth much since it was near worthless cars:
JUDGE FRED NICHOL ruled:
“Anyone familiar with reservation conditions knows full well that a fairly new car , even if in running condition, might not be worth $100. The jury cannot be permitted to speculate as to an element of a criminal offense. The motion for judgement of aquittal as to Count VIII is granted” (Trimbach 263).

“What’s happened to the Scrunt?”
I have no interest in reading manipulated responses to a tiny fraction of the points I and others have made in comments while the rest was ignored. It occurs to me that many here would like to be defense attornies, if only they could. Your interests seem to be unrelated to finding truth and directed at finding some small issue to beat to death, repeat the lies of all the usual suspects and then heap personal abuse of those who don’t hold your views. It got boring.
If anyone is interested in hearing who was convicted for what at Wounded Knee (contrary to Mean’s statement that no one was), contradictions by individuals in their writings about the RESMURs, lies about no investigation of same when there were trials and convictions, I’ll be happy to tell you what I’ve found. However, I’ve had my fill of being called a liar and worse. This blog proves to be nothing but a bunch of kids who haven’t managed to resolve conflicts with their parents and people with untreated mental illnesses. I’m not wasting any more of my time posting my opinions and facts verifiable by public records only to be told my cunt is crusty by some freaking misogynist.
